Hagerstown Cultural Trail
Hagerstown, Maryland
Originally envisioned by Cochran Studio in the 2016 Hagerstown Cultural Trail Master Plan, this new multi-use pathway was designed as an outdoor gathering place and cultural experience to:
Connect key civic, cultural, and recreational destinations;
Activate public space with intentional landscape design, lighting, and wayfinding;
Integrate public art as a vital ingredient of urban life;
Create a welcoming, walkable spine through downtown.
