Cochran Studio has created public art plans for a wide range of places and circumstances, including several cities in Maryland and two in New York—Great Neck Plaza and Rochester’s Neighborhood of the Arts.

To support this, we have developed efficient, inclusive methods of public participation that allow as many people as possible to have a meaningful voice—shaping how public space will serve them, the kinds of public art they want to see, and the level of investment they wish to make in shared civic life.
